Stuffed snack peppers with cream cheese and honey

Ingredients:
– Snack peppers
– cream cheese (with herbs)
– Honey

Cut the snack peppers in half and remove the seeds if needed. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese inside each half. Air fry them for 4–5 minutes until warm and lightly roasted. Drizzle a little honey over the top. The result? A perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and savory. Ideal as a quick, indulgent snack.

Cucumber snack with cottage cheese and crispy chilli oil

Ingredients:
– 1 (snack-sized) cucumber
– Cottage cheese
– Crispy chili oil

Slice the cucumber into rounds or get creative with decorative cuts (like diamonds or fans—totally up to you). Spoon a bit of cottage cheese on top and finish with a drizzle of crispy chili oil. This snack is fresh, high in protein, and has a spicy kick. Simple, nourishing, and seriously addictive.
 

Crispy broccoli with truffle mayonaise

Ingredients:
– Broccoli (cut into medium-sized florets)
– Olive oil
– Onion powder
– Truffle mayonnaise

Toss the broccoli florets with a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of onion powder. Air fry for 5–6 minutes until cooked and crispy. Serve with a spoonful of truffle mayo for dipping. This snack also works great as a side dish or part of a snack board. Crunchy, flavorful, and just a little fancy.
