Rijk Zwaan furthermore makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

8. These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of The Netherlands. All disputes will be settled by the Court of Law in The Hague, The Netherlands. However Rijk Zwaan reserves the right to serve a summons on the user of the Website to appear in the court of the country where the latter has its registered office, or where the user has a real and effective industrial or commercial establishment.
