Looking for a quick and tasty lunch at work without a salad bowl? It takes 5 minutes to prepare and pack your salad sandwich.

- 4 slices of fresh bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ lemon (juice)
- salt and pepper
- 1 cucumber in ribbons or slices
- 4 radish, thinly sliced
- (orange) cherry tomatoes sliced or in halves
- 30g garden cress
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Spread the avocado on top of the sliced bread, sprinkle a little lemon on the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
Add the cucumber, radish and tomatoes then top with the garden cress.
