Ingredients
  • 4 slices of fresh bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cucumber in ribbons or slices
  • 4 radish, thinly sliced
  • (orange) cherry tomatoes sliced or in halves
  • 30g garden cress
Dressing ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Spread the avocado on top of the sliced bread, sprinkle a little lemon on the avocado and season with salt and pepper.
Add the cucumber, radish and tomatoes then top with the garden cress.
