
Mexican Guacamole
A typically Mexican appetiser that is enjoyed the world over. Brazilians love guacamole! With a fork, mix all the fresh ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Then share on a platter the nachos and fresh cut vegetables and start dipping!

- 4 Avocados
- 80g tomato (chopped)
- 50g onions (chopped)
- 50g coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 lime juice
- Salt and black pepper

Brazilians eat a lot of fresh avocado, with a little sugar or even in milk shakes! The national Brazilian avocado is the "hass" variety - a dark skin type which is especially delicious when made into guacamole, or simply sliced in salads.
