
Crispy salad with roast beef and Spanish blue cheese
This lovely salad surprises you because of the combination of the lettuce and Spanish cheese. It's delicious and gives a special touch to your salad!

- 1 head of Salanova cripsy lettuce
- 2 red onions, chopped
- 6 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 180 g roast beef
- 150 g Spanish blue cheese (eg. Cabrales)
- 6 tbs Vinaigrette
- Salt and ground pepper

Mix the chopped onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar in a oven dish. Roast the mixture in the oven at 180 °C for 18 minutes until nicely browned. Turn mixture halfway through cooking time. Let it cool afterwards. Remove the outer leaves. Wash and dry the remainder well. Remove the crust from the blue cheese and cut in nice slices. Divide the lettuce, roast beef and blue cheese, drizzle the dressing and stir through some onions. Finish with the ground pepper.
