Ingredients
  • 8 sweet pointed pepper (Sweet Palermo)
  • 1 packet of goat cheese
Dressing ingredients
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chilli oil
  • Sea salt, pepper
  • parsley

Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Wash the sweet pepper, cut off top and halve. Remove seeds, cut into pieces and place in a baking pan.
  • Crumble goat cheese and spread on the pepper. Sprinkle with chilli oil and season with sea salt.
  • Bake approximately 15 minutes in the oven.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with ciabatta, baguette or pita bread.
