
Sweet pointed pepper stuffed with goat cheese
The sweet pointed pepper and the spicy goat cheese fit together great.

- 8 sweet pointed pepper (Sweet Palermo)
- 1 packet of goat cheese
- 6 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- Sea salt, pepper
- parsley

- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Wash the sweet pepper, cut off top and halve. Remove seeds, cut into pieces and place in a baking pan.
- Crumble goat cheese and spread on the pepper. Sprinkle with chilli oil and season with sea salt.
- Bake approximately 15 minutes in the oven.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with ciabatta, baguette or pita bread.
