Ingredients
- 2 honeydew melons
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 lemon
- walnuts
- honey
- a handfult of chopped parsley
- shaved Spanish ham

Preparation
- Cut the melon in two
- Spoon the melon
- Cut the flesh into cubes
- Cut the apple into chunks (unpeeled)
- Cut the pear into cubes (unpeeled)
- Combine the melon, apple and pear
- Pour the juice of half a lemon over the fruit mixture
- Add honey to taste
- Dress the melon
- Add parsley and shaved Spanish ham (jamon)
