- 4 bell peppers
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- ½ cucumber
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- Sprouts (optional)
- Mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper

- Start by cutting off the tops of the bell peppers. Then, halve the peppers lengthwise. Remove the seeds and any white parts.
- Slice the cucumber into strips.
- Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom halves of the bell peppers.
- Layer the ham, cheese, and cucumber strips on top of the cream cheese-covered pepper halves. Drizzle with mayonnaise according to your preference.
