  • ¼ rockmelon and 1 cup watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup (250ml) skim milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup (250ml) crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
