
Make your own kids cucumber spread sandwich
These sandwiches are healthy, tasty and the fun part is, you can prepare them together with your toddler(s).

- 1 large cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- slices of bread (as many as you like)
- optional: raspberries and blue berries for decoration

- Grate half of the cucumber and drain through a fine mesh sieve for half an hour.
- Combine the yogurt, oil in a large bowl.
- Transfer the grated cucumber and fresh parsley to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
- Use the other half of the cucumber for thin slices.
- Make your sandwich with the spread, the cucumber slices, raspberries and blue berries
