
Kohlrabi carpaccio with orange and hazelnuts
Make a big impression with little effort: kohlrabi carpaccio!

lets get
cooking
- 1 big or 2 small kohlrabi
- 30 g hard goat's cheese
- 2 tbsp of crushed hazelnuts
- 2 sprigs of mint, leaves in thin stripes
- 1 orange
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp walnut oil (or olive oil)
- salt and pepper
- fennel seeds

Peel the kohlrabi.
Cut the kohlrabi with a vegetable peeler into very thin slices. Cut the orange in thin slices with a sharp knife.
Divide the slices nicely on a big plate.
Make a dressing of walnut oil (or olive oil) and lemon juice, crushed fennel seeds and taste it with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle on the mint, hazelnuts and drizzle on a little dressing. Enjoy.
A salad for two or more to share.
