
Mâche Rosettes, Orange & Beetroot Salad
This salad combines not just wonderful flavours but brilliant colours. A real treat at any time of the year.

- Baby Beetroot, sliced
- 100g Mâche Rosettes (corn salad)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Arrange the Mâche Rosettes, beetroot, orange segments and onion in the bowl. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
