
Spring salad with red lettuce hearts, kohlrabi and radishes
A great spring salad that can be prepared in no time at all. The red butterhead lettuce hearts with their beautiful green-red leaves are combined with crunchy kohlrabi and radishes and served with a herb yoghurt dressing.

- 1 read butterhead lettuce heart (or 1/2 butterhead lettuce)
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 bunch of radish
- cress
- 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- fresh herbs (parsley, basil, chives, etc.)
- salt and pepper

- Wash the butterhead lettuce hearts and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel kohlrabi and cut into small sticks.
- Cut the radishes into thin slices.
- Chop the herbs for the dressing.
- Mix the herbs with the yoghurt, lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the sliced vegetables with the dressing.
- Garnish with cress and serve.
