
Pasta pesto
Have you ever eaten pasta with homemade pesto sauce? It's so delicious and simple.

lets get

- fresh pasta of choice
- 200 g snack tomatoes, in halves
- 15 g fresh basil
- 50 g pinenuts
- 90 g pecorino of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- optional: rocket

- Cook pasta al dente.
- In the meanwhile prepare pesto: blend basil leaves, with pinenuts, grated cheese and olive oil until you have a creamy sauce. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix pasta with the pesto sauce , you don't need to cook anymore, then the pesto looses its taste. Add tomatoes on top and if you like you can sprinkle some fresh grated cheese and roasted pinenuts on top.
- Add rocket for an extra bite.
