
Chili soy dressing
Try this tasty chili soy dressing which is easy to make and ready in a few seconds!

- 150 ml oil
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 20 ml sesame oil
- 100 ml light soy sauce
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped

- Put the garlic and red chili and the oil in a small saucepan.
- Let simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Allow to cool and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
This dressing works with many salads, but best is with an Asian style salad. Enjoy!
